This is Joe Bastianich from the reality cooking show "Master Chef". This is a screen grab from season 2 episode 8 that aired earlier this week. He's got a serious bulge going on in those pants, and from what I can tell, he does not wear underwear. Now his "cocky" personality and extra cool demeanor makes perfect sense.
